The transition to an Arx-based society is executed in three distinct phases:

• Phase 1: Network Synthesis: The assembly of high-merit lineages and the establishment of the Arx Global Network’s digital infrastructure, which serves as the backbone for resource-backed self-sufficiency.

• Phase 2: Foundry Activation: The construction of physical prototypes—autonomous, fortified habitats designed to test closed-loop life support and defense, integral to the functionality of sovereign nodes.

We navigate the current global landscape through a strategy of 'Parallel Sovereignty' within an Arx-based society. Where a host creates a special zone or contracts for a private community, that contract is the law of that dirt. Until such a contract exists, host law applies in full. An SEZ inside the European Union does not, by itself, switch off Directive 2000/43.
